Multi-Plant software allows for complete business management within one database for our customers with multiple plants/facilities. Specialized filtering will allow for viewing of transactions at a plant/facility level as well as a company level for combined analysis.

The advantages of Multi-Plant are centralized accounting and IT Departments. Each facility has the ability to enter their own plant invoices, payables and receivables with collections, check writing, etc. at the corporate level. With security access, there is viewing capability across different plants. Corporate maintains just one customer and vendor list.

 

• User Logins are created for the company with the ability to grant different security access by plant/facility for each user.
• Vendors are shared by all plants/facilities which allows for tracking purchases and getting better volume discounts at a global/corporate level.
• Customers are shared by all plants/facilities. Credit limits are established for each customer and apply to all plants/facilities, which can be managed at a centralized location/level.

Inventory is filtered by and maintained at the plant/facility level. Financial Reporting: ability to generate Income Statement and Balance Sheet at the plant/facility level or the corporate level. Customer postage balances are maintained at the plant/facility level, with the ability to move postage deposit money between plants/facilities. Postage inventory balances are tracked at the plant/facility level. Key reports can be filtered by plant/facility or for the whole company such as; AR and AP Aging reports, Job Due Date Report, Work in Progress Report, Spoilage Report, Jobs in Progress Report, Product Analysis report and many more.
