Customization

Tools are available for allowing those with just modest layout skills to customize the look and feel of web sites that you provide your customers. Individual graphical elements, styles, or corporate identity standards can be tweaked to personalize the on line experience for each login.

  • Customer Maintenance including facility to capture customer preferences. 
  • Support for separate databases for each client, or running multiple fulfillment accounts from the same database. 
  • Facility to maintain multiple addresses and contact(s) details of Customer’s clients.
  • Maintenance of Shipper and Shipment methods information.
  • Creation of ordering codes such as Project, Program, Order Type, Source Codes, Processing Rules, Recipient Types, that determine the behavior and flow of orders through the system based on these variables.
  • Kit Definition (Bills of Material) and maintenance.
  • Report Builder to allow customization of any necessary reports from the customer site with no programming intervention from Streamline
  • Ability to track job costs at a higher level (job) or an order level
  • Multiple release function criteria
  • Facility to maintain Item Price Lists.
  • Facility to define and maintain Territories for commission or sales analysis reporting.
  • Definition and maintenance of Customer Specific Programs.

  • Ability for the Customer to approve orders via the web including cancel, hold, release
  • Full view of all customer information including AR Receipts, Invoices, Postage Allocations and usage and job status
  • Facility for Order entry through Electronic File Imports, Direct Order entry and Web Based Order entry.
  • Facility for user to customize the WEB order entry screens so they are tailored to individual fulfillment accounts.
  • Facility to capture Customer, Department-Sub Department, Division, Client, and Order Type information in the Sales Order.
  • Ability to edit the ‘Kit Bill of Material’ from the Order.
  • Ability to capture credit card information in an Order.
  • Facility for a ‘User Defined Fields’ in an Order.
  • Ability to view availability of items based on the Current Stock in inventory and stock reserved for other orders on the Web.
  • Ability to clone orders to support repeat orders.
  • Facility to change selected Order Information after Order release.
  • Ability to generate ‘Kit Work Orders’ for building kits.
  • Ability to allocate stock locations (Warehouse-Aisle-Row etc.) to line items in the stock pull report based on strategies
  • A batch program for letter printing.
  • Facility to support ‘Sales Returns’
  • Direct real time integration with Clippership manifest system
