What
is PrintStream’s Customer View?
Customer
View was designed to allow PrintStream users to
provide their important clients limited web access
to their information system. Clients may provide
postage accounting and inventory figures, warehousing
and inventory query, customer billing information
such as invoices, statements and job progress or
shipping status through a password protected area.
These functions and access can be configured independently
on a per customer basis.
Customer
View keeps your most important clients informed.
High
volume customers who are used to relying on continuous
phone and email communication to stay in the loop
can now log onto their own online area to get what
they need, whenever they need it.
A
customer may want to check inventories on certain
items before setting up a mailing or campaign.
Customer View allows them to check those item levels
without disrupting your customer support staff.
Another function allows customers to view and/or
re-print invoices or even view invoices before
they actually arrive in the mail at their site.
They can also review their order history and payment
status as they prepare further work.
Customer
View will significantly reduce the work load on
your customer service department as many of your
routine inquiries are automated and handled in
a way that ties your most important clients to
you.
