When Standard Register came to Streamline for solutions to run in five of their mail and fulfillment manufacturing facilities with over 200 users, Streamline responded by providing a customized PrintStream solution. Operating on a single database, Streamline created over 40 integration points to their legacy corporate systems as well as their Peoplesoft corporate accounting system. Streamline delivered the new system on-time and on-budget. Over the last two years, Standard Register has converted 20+ facilities in their Stanfast Print On Demand division to using Printstream. Between 4,000 and 10,000 orders are created in Printstream with the manufacturing instructions automatically creating work instructions, reserving inventory, and creating information for scheduling, job tracking and costing. Combined these divisions have revenues in excess of $300,000,000 annually. |

KP Corporation considered SAP and Oracle for their Print, Mail and Fulfillment businesses running in 10 facilities. As KP investigated ERP systems they found the purchase and implementation costs being quoted were many millions of dollars, with the potential of high cost overruns due to the fact that neither of these packages directly addressed the print and mail industries. They chose PrintStream because it was the only package available that addressed print, mail and fulfillment in one system, and wanted the depth of industry expertise that only Streamline’s PrintStream could provide. Currently, KP runs PrintStream in 10 facilities. |

World Marketing chose to invest and standardize the use of PrintStream within their multiple facilities. PrintStream provided greater functionality, superior customer support, and much greater customization. Their choice translated into substantial improvements in efficiency as well as significant reductions in operating costs. World chose PrintStream in spite of the opportunity to undertake a low cost upgrade to their older management systems. In the last year, World has migrated their six separate facilities on to one centralized database.
